I continue to be amazed at the articulation and quality of communicating vital messages in these pages. I hope your efforts are reaching the highest level of power in the Democrat Party and all media. This upstages the best editorial pages and op-ed pages anywhere. I hope you are e-mailing to zillions of people.

Junkie: Brooks’ letter reached TPJ shortly following publication of Junkie Editor Michael Carmichael’s insightful article, “Seven Days In August” and Eric Cox’s timely analysis in “Dark Clouds Over The Republican Horizon?” Both articles deserve the accolades Brooks bestows.
TPJ does not reach “zillions.” But, TPJ was never intended to reach “zillions.” TPJ is directed to Democrats who are opinion makers within the Party and within their communities.
TPJ was born and remains dedicated to establishing the Democratic Party to preserve and carry forward the constitutional principles on which this nation was founded. Preservation of our constitutional democracy in the face of neoconservative and radical religious right Republicans is a goal on which Democrats of every “stripe” can unite.
Each week, TPJ strives to (a) provide Democrats with the facts and opinions about radical Republican governance; (b) bring Democrats the latest ideas on how to rebuild our Party; and (c) provide links to a wide range of resources for educating and organizing Democrats.
Over the last four years, TPJ has steadily grown. Our growth is solely the function of reader referrals. TPJ does not solicit or run ads. TPJ does not send out monthly solicitations for contributions. TPJ does not give sell or give out the names of its subscribers to anyone.
