                               BUSH

Bush’s “approval” rating continues to drop this week as his 30 day “approval” drops below 50% for the first time.  Equally important, the spread between those who “approve” and “disapprove” is 5%.

Bush’s numbers continue to decline even though there are no new polls this week.  His decline comes from the fact that we are now moving to more than 30 days from the end of the “Saddam Bounce.”

Of course, Bush has announced plans to start his TV campaign in “key” states immediately following the Democratic Party Super Tuesday primaries.
